A welcome that includes everyone.

Alpha Delta Zeta Women's Society Incorporated is committed to making its website, forms, communications, and Society experiences as accessible and usable as reasonably possible.

Our commitment

We aim to provide an experience that supports people with varied visual, hearing, motor, speech, cognitive, and neurological needs. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and we will continue reviewing the site as content, forms, and services change.

Digital access features

The website is designed with structured headings, descriptive page titles, labeled form controls, keyboard navigation, visible focus behavior, readable contrast, responsive layouts, meaningful link text, text alternatives for informative images, and reduced-motion preferences where applicable.

Forms and alternative access

If a form, button, document, image, or page creates a barrier, you may request a reasonable alternative way to receive the same information or provide the same response. No applicant or visitor will be required to disclose a diagnosis to request website assistance.

How to report a barrier

Use the General Contact Form and select “Accessibility support,” or email the public contact address. Please include the page address or name, what you were trying to do, what happened, the device or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the best way to contact you. Do not include sensitive medical details that are not necessary to explain the barrier.

Our response procedure

The Society will acknowledge the request, review the barrier, offer a reasonable alternative when possible, and document needed improvements. Timing may depend on the nature of the request, available resources, and whether a third-party service is involved, but accessibility concerns will be handled respectfully and without retaliation.

Events and programs

Confirmed event notices will include available accessibility information when known. Members and guests may contact the Society before an event to discuss reasonable accommodation needs. Accommodation availability may depend on the venue, timing, safety, and resources, but requests will be considered in good faith.

Third-party content

Some linked or embedded services may be controlled by third parties. We cannot control every aspect of those services, but we welcome reports of barriers and will seek a reasonable alternative or contact the provider when appropriate.

Ongoing review

Accessibility checks are included in the website's launch-readiness and update process. This statement will be revised when the contact procedure, website features, or accessibility practices materially change.
